Your details are used solely to conduct root-cause diagnostics, compile detailed diagnostic reports, email/text you high-definition video proof reports before commencing repairs, process payments, and manage warranty claims.

Diagnostic scans and ECU data are stored securely on our localized factory server and are used for tracking your vehicle's historical maintenance. We never sell, lease, or distribute your personal or vehicle data to third-party marketing companies.

Under UK GDPR regulations, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request corrections to incorrect data, request deletion of your records under certain conditions, and request copies of your diagnostic scans.
